Preparation that sets you apart. Every expedition starts not on location, but at our world-renowned training facility: the Pole-to-Pole Academy in Sweden [64° 25' 24" N 20° 32' 59" E]. Originally created to prepare elite teams for South Pole ski expeditions and other highly specialist challenges, the Academy now equips our customers with the same level of precision, focus, and readiness. You’ll arrive on location trained, confident, and fully able to complete your chosen challenge — while also unlocking the richest possible experience along the way.

A community built on purpose. When not training our future explorers, the Academy is also home to professionals from around the world who come to push the boundaries of human performance through our “Off-Site On Purpose” events. This spirit of discovery and growth runs through everything we do.
